Mike Carmichael, RFC®, CRPS®, founded Carmichael Financial, LLC in 1999 and celebrates 20 years of passion for the Financial Industry, combined with dedication to his client’s future which is the foundation upon which he built the firm. Carmichael Financial, LLC is an independent full-serviced Financial Firm with locations in New Jersey, Arizona and Utah. The firm offers planning services for individuals, families, business owners and executives in the areas of investments, risk management, tax strategies, retirement, long term care and estate and business succession planning.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and obtained several designations through the College of Financial Planning, such as Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designations. He has had the privilege to lecture at several educational institutions including Utah State University, Stevens-Henager College and Community Colleges. Has served as a member of the Cache County Estate Planning Board.

In 2012, Holly Warner started in the Utah branch as an administrative assistant. Beginning in 2013, she took over business development responsibilities for all three branch offices. Her main roles include managing all office administrative functions, client meeting preparation and client support. Holly is currently studying for her Series 6 and FPQP.
Thomas joined Carmichael Financial Advisors in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Finance and holds his Utah State Life & Health Insurance License. Thomas works closely with the team as the Assistant to the Operations Manager.
Jackie joined Carmichael Financial, LLC in 2016 as an administrative assistant. Jackie’s main role includes preparing documents for new and existing investments as well as account updates. She currently works out of the New Jersey branch office.
Brenda Adcock joined Carmichael Financial, LLC in 2018 as administrative support. Her main role includes enhancing client relationships and managing client scheduling. She currently works out of the Arizona branch office.
Jessica Mendoza joined Carmichael Financial, LLC in 2018 and holds an associates degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Jessica has a strong background in the financial industry with experience in Operations, Compliance, Marketing & Client Relations. Jessica's primary roles are to enhance our client relationships through enrichment events and maintain the Carmichael Financial website to bring up to date information to our current and new clients in the effort to grow our Firm’s awareness in the Arizona, Utah and New Jersey area.
Liz Carmichael as the title of Human Resources Administrator. Her main role includes 401k Administration and Human Resource to Carmichael Financial, LLC . She currently works out of the Arizona branch office.
